One of my favorite places to photograph an engagement session would definitely be Downtown Chagrin Falls! With the colorful storefronts, unique gazebo, and the falls themselves, it’s such a cute area to take photos for our couples.

This is where I had the pleasure of meeting Kathryn and Michael! They absolutely came ready to have fun and it’s apparent in these photos!

We began their engagement session near the downtown Chagrin Falls gazebo. It’s unlike any other gazebo I’m sure you’ve seen. It’s main uniquely out of what looks like untreated tree limbs!

Downtown Chagrin Falls also has so many unique storefronts that provide charming backdrops for photos. Kathryn and Michael strolled across the streets and had sweet, intimate moments together on the sidewalks of Downtown Chagrin Falls.

After taking some photos downtown, they changed into outfit number two, and we found our way into some of the cutest neighborhoods near downtown. I love shooting in these neighborhoods because we never have to work around pedestrians like we do when we photograph downtown. It’s much more quieter and private, and that’s when I feel couple’s most genuine selves start to show!

Other than dealing with a light mist of rain for most of their session, I couldn’t be more thrilled with how gorgeous their Downtown Chagrin Falls engagement session went! I’m so excited to be working with them on their wedding day, and it was such a pleasure having the opportunity to do their engagement photos as well.
