Today, I’m sharing with you Nicole and Alex’s engagement session that we shot around the Cleveland Public Library. As you’ve probably seen from many of my photos, I do a lot of shoots in and around Cleveland. There are so many historical buildings that create the most beautiful backdrops for both engagement and wedding portraits. […]
One thing Cleveland is known for is its amazing summers. The weather isn’t crazy humid like it is down south, and it surprisingly not as cloudy in the summer as it is the rest of the year. In addition, Lake Erie and the park along the lake are a great way to enjoy these summers.
When Mea and Colin reached out to me to schedule their engagement session, I was thrilled they chose the Cleveland Museum of Art as their location. The museum’s gorgeous architecture and beautifully landscaped grounds made it the perfect backdrop for capturing their engagement session. What made the session especially special was that we were shooting during spring. If you’ve never experiences Wade Oval and The Cleveland Museum of Art during spring, I highly recommend it.
One of my favorite places to photograph an engagement session would definitely be Downtown Chagrin Falls! With the colorful storefronts, unique gazebo, and the falls themselves, it’s such a cute area to take photos for our couples.
This is where I had the pleasure of meeting Kathryn and Michael! They absolutely came ready to have fun and it’s apparent in these photos!
Being a wedding photographer in Northeast Ohio certainly has its perks when you’re shooting an engagement session in Cleveland. One of these perks, is the fact that I have such an amazing array of gorgeous locations and backdrops to choose from. One of these locations is none other than Lakewood Park near Cleveland, OH right off Lake Erie. Here is where I had the pleasure of photographing Emily and Brad’s gorgeous spring engagement session!
